Student Ministries

We are so proud of our students here at Austinville. We place a lot of emphasis on encouraging and training them in their worldly and spiritual development. We conduct Bible classes for all ages on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. These classes serve as the core of our training. Our Bible classes cover everything from the practical day-to-day living to the serious aspect of salvation. These classes help shape our students into very well rounded young men and ladies. We also do other age-appropriate activities throughout the year to assist in this development. We have a junior youth group, which consists of K-6th grades. They enjoy quarterly events such as congregational devotionals, kid rallies, and fun & fellowship activities. They also enjoy our yearly Vacation Bible School. We have a senior youth group, which consists of 6th-12th grades. They enjoy monthly events such as congregational devotionals, area wide youth rallies, and fun & fellowship. They also participate in yearly activities such as S.E.C., C.Y.C., Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes, Decatur Work Camp, Horizons, Camp Maywood, a summer mission trip, a fall youth retreat, and Exposure. We are also blessed with a large number of college age students. They are very involved in the work of the church and help with the various youth group activities.
